Open Water Nausea
So Keena has been suffering from Nausea when she open water swims. So thanks to Teresa for lots of recommendations of; Tyr Silcone Ear plugs, Ginger chews, Quease Ease and chewable Dramamine. She’s going to try them out and let everyone know how they work for her and what doesn’t.

Coach Dom has been using these really cool goggles since December 2019 and highly recommends them. Coros Omni Helmet Review
Coach Dom has been using this fantastic helmet since January 2020 and highly recommends it. It’s light, comfortable and has a built in lighting system along with the ability to make/receive calls, using a remote or an app and able to listen to music/podcasts all while still able to carry on conversations and more importantly listening to traffic.
